The facility grounds is decent for a municipal dump, but the lady in the booth is less than friendly. If youre a resident of Rowlett, get the "Rowlett Pass" from the City Water Utility Bldg on Dalrock by Tom Thumb. Bring your license and a water bill in your name with your address and you get a free dump load per year. Have all of it though or expect to pay. I had a small pickup load of lumber and it cost $26.

never post a review but service was horrendous i had to warn orders! went to the dump on sept 25 to drop off some trash and the young lady at the window had such an ugly attitude. She had a red shirt on and glasses. She was so rude and disrespectful in explaining the procedures as a first timer. You would think that this being a city facility the management would train their staff to provide better customer service. That definitely is not a priority when they proceeded to charge me despite being a resident, can tell only priority is making money.

It now cost $50 to use the convenient center. I had to pay $50 a day to dump one mattress what a rip off never going back. The girls that work there are all rude and miserable as well.

New way to pay is even slower then when they were making the small building by the scales , They should at least let us use both scales! 1 scale is not enough for all of us with trailers 2nd scale stays empty 95% of the time While we wait for hours! We pay a reasonable amount to dump here. we Shouldn’t have to wait for hours just to get in! Great landfill to come too but someone needs to figure some faster way to pay! Try new things or something Waiting time is crazy high This isn’t working for us making more then one dump a day!

Was good until price increase TO 50 DOLLARS it didn't go up 5 or 10 it dubbed in price will not come back
