Jim does horrible service. Please read the reviews before giving him your money. He did a very poor job on the roof. He never completed it and we have called for months. It’s true he uses his family for excuses or his health. He is a liar he promised to do the job and never finished. I feel for anyone that gives him the opportunity. This is a case for “Hall of Shame. DO NOT USE this company. Jim the owner takes deposits and does not finish the job. he makes promises that he will be out to finish and never shows up, gives excuses, or just plain doesn't call. He will use every excuse in the book ranging from the weather, health issues, and sick family members. please read all the reviews as this is his way of doing business with everyone. The minimal work he has done on the job is awful. Every thing he said he would do he has not done. he has tried to cut every corner possible to keep from doing the job properly. When asked for a refund he refuses saying the job is half done( which it isn't even close). I request everyone in Michigan not to Trust the owner Jim, he is a big lier. He put New Roof but it is always leaking. He came to fix 15 times but now it is in worst condition. I spent 25k dollars, worst part is they install new roof but didn't install Termination Bars when I ask him he is asking us to pay money again. for the past three weeks I am chasing him to fix the roof all he tells is I am sick and he uses his family to get excuses for not showing up at the property to fix. please don't ever pay him affront, he will make us to beg him to do the work. Horrible company to give work with, DONT TRUST HIS WORDS.

I bought a building and inherited his services. He has blown me off more than 5 times. He is a constant liar and an awful roofer. Avoid him at all costs!!!!!!!!!

He took my $4000 and never did the work and just plain lied to me. I would be a fool to ever use the person/company again. they use the same name but have many address and phone#. Buyer Beware!!
