CMC is a great company and do not rest until their work is done. Ariel Castillo and Charles Rivera work great together and are very knowledgeable about everything they speak about and very insightful to help you understanding what process is happening and what happens next. Definitely recommend getting this done to your house.

We had our energy audit at our home in Old Saybrook and it was flawless and done perfectly. The Audit Team- Phil, Blake and Chris were amazing technicians. Phil, the lead technician was extremely kind, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. His crew was efficient, cleaned up after finishing the project and very polite. We highly recommend CMC for your home’s energy needs and would advise everyone to get your energy score. You may be surprised with the results of how much your home loses on a daily basis. Anyone who doesn't conduct an energy audit on their home is insane. Seriously. This was my first experience with CMC Energy Services. They were recommended from UI to help with our energy audit and I could not have been more impressed with their service, professionalism and expertise. I recently bought a home and the heating costs were more than I anticipated and knew we must have an issue with the insulation or furnace. Bruce and Mark showed up at exactly 9am (always nice) and spent nearly the entire day (9am-4:30pm) checking and working on all aspects of our HVAC system. They are clearly experts in air loss, insulation, duct work, etc. They spent hours in the attic and basement addressing various issues. What a great pleasure it was to meet the ‘high energy’ team of Andrew and Elizabeth! They were both so friendly and knowledgeable along with being so informed about the whole process of this evaluation. Andrew completed a lengthy book of details for me to go over when I want to improve the energy model of my house. It made it easy to put things in perspective when deciding whether to get new sofa first or new windows! They both found and concealed air pockets and changed energy saving lights all around the house. It was fun to watch their process with the big powerful fan they brought and fixed over the entry door to determine what parts of the house are pulling cold air in. Phil B. and Cristian Perez completed our energy audit yesterday and delivered fantastic service. They were extremely hard-working, diligent and knowledgeable. We learned many tips for improving our energy score, plus they sealed problem holes and cracks to stop air from flowing. Their recommendations were very helpful, and we will be taking their advice on several needed action steps. Both men were very polite and friendly throughout the six+ hours they spent at our home.
