What an outstanding group of people! We met with Nadeem and Shah Rahman to discuss replacing our bedroom carpet with LVT - that quickly moved to replacing all of our floors (carpet, ceramic tile and wood), quartz kitchen countertops, great tile backsplash, kitchen sink and toilets ;) I'm so happy we tackled all this at one time. We do not live in OBX so we were a bit concerned about taking this on long distance....no worries! Communication was excellent, photos sent before, during and after - texts responded to within minutes. As our project was very small compared to building a multi million dollar home we were worried our job would be at the end of their list - not so, we were treated as if we were just as important as the big spenders and all of our work was completed in under 3 we

We have been working with CMI Designs and have been so thrilled with the professionalism of the people, the quality of the workmanship, and the meticulous clean up every day of the jobsite. We are almost done and I cannot not wait to show off to my family and friends what CMI has done for us. Nadeem and Shah go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with progress of our kitchen, guest bedroom, and bathroom. We are so pleased that we have asked them to do our other 2 bathrooms upstairs for early 2022!!! I highly recommend CMI Design Studio!!!

I can't even describe how happy I am with the remodel of my three bathrooms. CMI had redone all of my flooring three years ago and I was very happy with that job, so I went right to them for the bathroom remodel project. From start to finish, Nadeem helped me make design decisions and product choices. His crew is friendly, professional and courteous. They take pride in their work and they went above and beyond to deliver what I had envisioned for my bathrooms. The finished project was even better than I had envisioned.

We have just concluded a two-year kitchen remodel nightmare that has ended in a miracle. After contracting with a local company, we experienced a multitude of delays, including incorrectly measured and installed cabinets, multiple orders and returns of cabinets, family illnesses that seemed to span the entire family tree, refusals to work with a new cabinet company that we selected, lack of communication for extended periods of time, aggressive arguing and finally an agreement to dissolve the contract with the project only partially complete. Master Bathroom and Bedroom of my dreams were created by CMI Design Studios. Nadeem and Shah pulled it off again in 2022 after renovating our kitchen, in-law suite, and first floor bathroom. * I never dreamed of such a beautiful bathroom. The flooring, the tile, and the exquisite shower, bathtub, and vanities exceeded my expectations. They enlarged the shower, moved the towel closet between the vanities. Beauty and function at a budget they worked to meet. * Our bedroom is serene and beautiful (carpet, repair and paint. beautiful flooring in the closet too!) * In addition, they completely revamped the kid's bathroom, and it is gorgeous! We are thrilled; they packed a lot of style and high-end features in this bathroom for a very reasonable price! Awesome job!
