Terrible service and zero accountability. They made my GARDEN of flowers and plants “bald”!! They were hired to mow the lawn only. Instead, the crew mowed over my garden and destroyed my flowers. When I contacted Love Lawn the same day, I was told to submit a property damage report online. I did exactly that and uploaded photos with the report, per their instructions. Days later, they asked me to send the same photos again. After re-sending them, I was told my report was “expired.” Apparently, submitting photos the day after damage—even when they were already uploaded with the original report—is considered too late. This is nothing but an excuse to avoid responsibility. If you care about your plants, flowers, or garden, do not use Love Lawn unless you want them destroyed. A small potted

Thorough and complete but they don’t manage their schedule well. They have to reschedule about 25% of the time and I usually have to call to get back on the schedule. They will come back and retreat an area if it’s not up to your satisfaction so they’re very good with their service guarantee. I am a Happy customer for many years with their lawn and tree and shrubs service.

I’m a customer for 8 years, there’s been an odd issue or two, but TruGreen always takes care of it. Use with confidence. Jacob is a great service tech. kind, patient, and gets the job done. 5 stars! Comprehensive and complete. Timely for the season and stage of growth. When the weather complies and my Trugreen service is done I know I’ll have a vibrant green lawn that is pest free and almost weed free! My tech, Stephen M, is fantastic, thorough and responsible. He does the best job and I know that when he shows up in the schedule calendar, I can rest assured that the job will get done and done well. What else does a customer want? Thank you Bob B. I'm pleased with the outstanding lawn aeration and seeding service performed by Tim. He was very pleasant, professional and explained the process and the work. He took his time and walked me around the house to take a look at the punched holes and work. Tim gave me the instructions to care for the lawn such as the time of day to water, frequency, and how long to water the grass for the 1st three weeks. I am happy that Tim was scheduled to perform the work. I look forward to seeing my healthier and thicker lawn. Thank you Tim and TruGreen!👍
