Cole make sure I understood my choices in replacing my furnace and having central air installed. When I called with questions he called back right away. Connor and Ken did the 2 day install. They were professional, helpful and never left a mess. My new Trane furnace is running so smoothly and quietly! I am amazed how much more comfortable the house is. CMR came highly recommended by someone who has worked with them in the commercial sector and I wholeheartedly agree with their comments. We recently had a mini split system installed in our renovated sunroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation with Andy to the completed installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took great care to protect our home while they worked. Their attention to detail during the installation was impressive—they made sure the unit was positioned perfectly for both efficiency and appearance. The finished setup looks clean and blends seamlessly into the space. Our sunroom used to be uncomfortable during extreme temperatures, but now it’s usable year-round. The mini split heats and cools the space quickly and quietly, making it one of our favorite rooms in the house.

He educated us-using laypersons terms- about the fundamentals of a well-functioning heating system, and he presented several options to suit our particular needs. The installation team of Connor and Logan were professional and friendly. They discovered several issues with the existing ductwork and ventilation that were overlooked by previous contractors. They corrected these problems during the installation of the new furnace. Connor explained the workings of the new furnace and thermostat after the work was completed. We had an issue with our furnace not holding temperature and called and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Mike the technician was very thorough, professional and courteous. We have used CMR over the years for maintenance and we will continue to do so I highly recommend them.

Late last year (Dec 2025), our home furnace was having issues heating. I was traveling for work and my wife called them to come out to investigate the problem. They were able to identify the issue and get the heat back up and running for us! There were some small additional fixes and instructions provided for me to address once I returned from my trip. As I attempted these repairs, I created an new problem with the furnace. CMR came back out and were able to quickly identify my error and get us back up and running again. This was close to the holidays so my gratitude overflows for their help! The price was very reasonable for the diagnosis, parts, and repair. I would highly recommend CMR to anyone requiring heating and cooling services!
