​I will not use this company again. Home Depot contracted them to install my door, and a year later, the job is still not complete. ​I called the company, and they answered and stated they would contact the installer. Two weeks passed with no follow-up. ​I called again, and the representative asked if I had called the installer myself. I confirmed that I had, but received no answer. The company, CN Romack Inc., then stated that they would text the installer to call me back. ​In week three, I called the installer again. He finally picked up and told me he would be out the following week. He did not show up on the promised date or the day after. ​I have since called both the installer and CN Romack with no success; the calls repeatedly go to voicemail.

Working with Newley Romack was a regrettable decision. The quality of work was shockingly subpar, with numerous errors reflecting a careless attitude. Communication was erratic, making the project frustrating and wasteful. When I asked him questions about the quality he seemed annoyed and said, I just have to find a really good tile installer. Every tile installer I contacted refused the job because nothing was secured and the wall was moving. Given my dreadful experience, I strongly advise against hiring CN Romack for any project. The combination of substandard work, unprofessionalism, and verbal abuse creates an environment that is toxic and detrimental to the success of any undertaking. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for someone who values professionalism and takes pride

Anytime you deal with construction something will come up, yet working with C.N. Romack was a very positive experience. Communication is key, and Newley listens. We had Shwinco hurricane windows installed. The quality of work was excellent. The extraction of the old windows was seamless. The installation of the new windows was quick. Newley had stucco work as well as some trim work done to assure a quality finish. When the inspector walked around to check everything, he was impressed. He told us that it was a long time since he saw such a fantastic job, that is - not even from Anderson installers. Thank you Newley for caring about the quality of the job! Going above and beyond to make everything as perfect as possible. Stepping up for anything I pointed out, and assuring I was happy!

I had my an addition on my house and my first contractor really knew how to screw things up…. I came across CN Romack and he and his team came in and did quality work in a fair amount of time and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and the of work exceeded my expectations, so much so, I am hiring him for a kitchen remodel next month.
