Chris and his boys have been simply amazing to work with. We needed a full gut job of bathrooms, as well as new floors, paint, and bringing our new place up to code. As you can see in the timeline below, Chris took our farm from a structural disaster to stunning. He did a great job communicating with us throughout the process, and taking care of the space as they worked on it. Finally, he was ahead of schedule and on the agreed upon price. When can you say that about a reno? After the job was done Chris made sure to check in as we moved in, making sure everything was working as anticipated, and there to address any last minute detail work that inevitably happens in any large project.

I can’t say enough good things about CNB Construction. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I was worried about the cost of repairing my home’s foundation, but their team took the time to explain everything clearly and offered practical solutions that ended up saving me a significant amount of money. They didn’t try to upsell me on work I didn’t need — just straightforward recommendations and quality workmanship. The crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and completed the repair efficiently without cutting corners.

The deck looks amazing, everything was done carefully and quickly, and took care of every little detail. I contacted Chris and his crew on Thursday about really needing a deck built last minute off my recently purchased RV. I let him know a had issues with getting up and down the stairs on the RV. Chris was so kind and worked his schedule and team to get it done today Friday. My deck was built in 3 hours. Thank you again C-N-B Construction for being so prompt and skilled. I highly recommend this company. I need to mention he had his team set up my entire RV while they were here: from hooking up my water, getting it level, to hooking up my septic line.

We hired CNB to do construction on a 1940 farmhouse. When complete there will not be a part of it that owner Chris Clark and his crew would not have refurbished or replaced. The crew has added two large porches, knocked out walls to create a primary bath, added a closet, completely reconstructed a kitchen, raised the ceiling in the living room, built arch openings, built a fireplace, built all cabinetry custom, used original shiplap when possible, installed new windows through home, handled all projects as contractor and much more.
