CNC Softwash

Derek was awesome! His communication was top tier—he kept me updated every step of the way. He showed up right on time and finished the job exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, even using a different treatment on a few tough spots that had gotten extra dirty from recent construction behind my house. My home looks great, and I really appreciate his attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Derek arrived early and did a wonderful job on my driveway and sidewalk. He even included my front steps and a sidewalk on the side of the house (which I’d forgotten about), for no extra charge. He is highly recommended by several of my neighbors and I second their opinions!

Derek was very thorough with the work that he did. He made sure to inform me of areas he focused on as well as provide a walk through with the finish product to make sure I was satisfied. Have already scheduled for a cleaning for next year. He focused heavily on more noticeable dirt/grime on external north facing wall and it was impressive how clean it looked. 10/10 would highly recommend.

CNC Softwash (Derek) did an amazing job on the house, porch and driveway. I called on a recommendation from a coworker since I wasn’t getting calls back from others. He came out for an estimate and I wasn’t in an urgent rush and was able to schedule 8 days later (there was a holiday in that time period as well). I know it’s a busy time of the year and I was very pleased with the time frame. He was very professional, prompt, and communicated well. This was the first time I’ve ever pressure washed and he went through the process and what to expect. I will definitely use CNC Softwash again. I highly recommend!

Simply, outstanding. Derek is not only a warm and friendly person, he does great work! He diligently cleaned our home, being careful as well as thorough. He took his time and wanted to know before he left if there were any areas that I saw that needed more attention. I highly recommend CNC Softwash!
