Outstanding service! Our HVAC unit stopped working, I called Dupree after reading reviews online. In less than two hours, the technicians from Dupree had us back in business and explained the repairs. I was also shocked at how reasonable the price was. I would give more than five stars if I could!

Matt and his team were friendly knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They were quick to receive parts and repair our ac. We were extremely happy with Matt and his guys!

Trust these guys! I would give 6 stars if I could. I’ve been ripped off in the past by other companies, and the day before Dupree Heating and Air came to save the day, I had a “big name” HVAC company come out and try to sell me a new AC unit, new air handler. They didn’t look for the issue or anything. Would have been $8000-$15000 or more. Dupree’s crew found the issue, fixed it (the issue was actually due to a bad connection on pipes that were soldered wrong by a different “big name” HVAC company), cleaned the lines, and replaced the 5 lbs of coolant. They also took the time to show me that my three years ago old unit was still under warranty.

He takes the time to explain your options instead of forcing you to purchase something that he'd make more money on.
