From the moment the owner Adam showed up to give us an estimate for our roofing project, to the hour his crew finished the clean-up of our property at the conclusion of the job, we were treated with the utmost respect and truthful professionalism!! Adam's Office Manager Paige, who is also his wife was easy to work with, and she returned calls promptly. Once our job was scheduled, Paige orchestrated the connection with another contractor who owns a gutter installation company... this allowed for the roofing crew to take down our old gutters as they completed the rebuild of our roof. CNY Complete Contracting replaced our roof on 6/9/25. They did a great job. The roof looks great. They were done in 6 hours. They also cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

I had my roof fixed by CNY Complete back in May of 2025. I've only had one issue with the roof leaking, but once I called Adam came out to look at it and address it. They were very fast and efficient with fixing the roof. Adam explained every thing that was wrong and provided his recommendations. The process was quick and painless. He was also the best priced around, and when giving the pricing included the price of the plywood into it. Other companies kept the "decking price seperate" so I really would have no idea what the cost would be until it was finished

I hired CNY Complete to replace my roof in October 2023 and was very happy with them at the time. The roof came out beautifully and they were very prompt and professional. I hired them because they were the only roofing company I contacted to actually come out to my house and show me my specific roofing problems. So it's been incredibly disappointing and frustrating to have to report that a year later, I have two issues with my roof. I've texted, called and emailed for over two months and have gotten no response from them. If my warranty doesn’t cover the damage, I would understand and be open to working out a solution at a fair price. However, there is no reason to ignore me and let the issues worsen in the winter weather. They seem to do good work initially, but I cannot recommend them d
