Accolades to Patrick from Res-Com. My furnace is kind of old and two years ago it quit in February, Res-Com sent Patrick to fix it and he did. He quickly found the problem part and replaced it. 2 years go by, same thing, no heat in January. Again, Patrick came to the rescue. He quickly diagnosed the bad part (a different part) and replaced it. He is a valuable employee with a great sense of humor. Also, Patrick Arrived 20 minutes after we called Res-Com. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and cost.

Sitting in a warm house thanks to Res-Com Heating. Great service again by the team of Steve, Marcia, Jeff, Bronson, Pete and Paul. Bronson helped me search for a part that come to find out was discontinued by the manufacturer. It was backordered at several supply houses. Upon learning this Steve pulled out all stops to quote, order and schedule a new furnace install. Pete and Paul were in and out in about 2 hours. Res-Com has come through for us several times since we built our house. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a home in Hastings NY and moved in on October 18th 2025 a Saturday. That Monday the temperature dropped so I turned on the furnace.....it DOSN"T WORK!! Fast forward....after 2 quotes I remember Steve @ Res Com from TV commercials and called for a quote. Steve's presentation and listening to the customer, has me WARM today! Gave me his best deal.... installing a BRAND NEW Furnace and ALL in 1 day! I will be calling him in the spring for my Central Air Conditioner! Furnace stopped working this past weekend, they came out and managed to get it working. As it's an 27 year old furnace i decided to replace it as well as it is likely to trip again and again. And the quote is extremely affordable, half the cost of other services in the area.
