CNY Tree Experts have a very professional crew. The owners, George and Kelly, are friendly and polite. They worked all day cutting down 7 large pines. They were respectful of my property and my plants that I was unable to remove prior to their arrival. Once the job was completed, they swept and used the blower. I highly recommend CNY Tree Experts.

I called this company after calling several others with no luck. And George the owner of Cny Tree Experts! Immediately came right out assessed the broken tree that had came down hitting my house! George explained that this removal would take some time to prevent further damages! He gave me a price that i honestly was very happy with as i have gotten some tree work done before and it is pricey. The very next morning these guys came out and within 6 hours they had the tree off of my house and safely removed! I seriously cannot RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ENOUGH!!!! Fantastic work gentleman. I found George through a Google search for snow plowing services for this (horrendous) winter. The price for a seasonal contract is very reasonable. Given the excessive amount of snow so far, I would say that contract price is now a bargain. George has gone above and beyond to keep my driveway clear. He is courteous, considerate of my property and readily available via text or phone. Thanks George!

Job was not done to my expectations. I hired them to grind tree stumps and shave any tree roots and fill with soil and reseed. As for the pictures they missed several tree roots and the soil or dirt they used was full of rocks. I have a disability which is why I hired someone to do this work. For the money I payed I expected better quality soil with no rocks and better attention to detail. Plus the entire time while working I listened to the one worker complain about the job while throwing things.

Contracted with this company to do snow removal for the Winter. From the very first time there was enough snow to plow, he was not here when he needed to be. And now this is twice he has announced just before a big storm that he would not be servicing any of his residential customers until the end of the storm or "until further notice". That he would only be servicing his commercial customers. He was rude and threatening. Do not do business with this company! Very bad service, very bad customer service. Also, he is totally lying. It doesn't say anywhere in the contract that all cells are final, but even if it did that doesn't matter it says you're supposed to plow till April 1. He's also lying when he says I was told that Contracts would come first. Why would I hire a plow company that wo
