My floor heater's pilot light wouldn't stay lit. The tech cleaned out the pilot orifice and adjusted the thermocouple. He was very respectful of my old house and did a fantastic job.

My AC was "short cycling" every few minutes. He realized the thermostat was right under a supply vent, tricking the sensor. He relocated it to a neutral wall and now it runs perfectly.

A squirrel chewed through my low-voltage lines outside. The repairman replaced the wires and added some protective conduit so the little critters can't get to it again. Very smart and durable fix.

Our AC unit was making a loud "clunk" every time it shut off. The technician identified it as a liquid slugging issue and adjusted the refrigerant charge to protect the compressor from permanent damage.

Shout out to the guy who fixed my old boiler. It’s hard to find anyone who understands these 30-year-old systems. He replaced the thermocouple and checked the expansion tank. Works like a charm!
