I had a A/C issue and my unit wasn’t cooling, I was referred to Santa Monica Heating and Air by a friend. I called them and one of the techs Orlando came out the same day and took care of the issue. He came out same day for an quote and 10min later he determined that all I needed was a new filter. He replaced it and I haven’t had an issue since. He was very honest and not out to get you for money. These guys are awesome.

The diagnosis was quick. The explanation was clear. The fix was fast. They nailed the furnace repair. The heat is back on. It is working flawlessly.

From the time I called and made the service appointment for routine service on our geothermal system, I was kept informed with several text messages including a reminder, and when the service tech was headed my way. It had his picture in the text so I knew his name and a little bit about him, including a 5-star rating. Very helpful!! Before entering our home he put on shoe coverings, which I always appreciate! Sammie was friendly, loved on our dog, and was professional!

Jordan was awesome, friendly, processional and patient. He took his time eliminated each possibility until he found the cause of our problem. Not only did he repair our problem he also added extra protection so it would not happen again.
