Coast Walk

Parking is miserable, but that is because it is a great place. You get to see the sea lions /seals (not sure which), see the birds, and smell the animal poop!

Tried to go to Sunny Jim sea cave but that was a bust lady do not really let you know when you're traveling out in the area that they are usually booked and you have to make reservations days sometimes weeks in advance to tour the cave so we walk down the street about 5 minutes down the really cool place to hang out or even some sea lions in there hanging out lot of crabs all over the place of small little Beach area to take them hang out with the kids so overall wasn't too disappointed that the sea cave was booked up had a nice time hanging out watching sea lions checking out the other caves in the area

Very bad experience. Prepare to pay $50 for parking!! Price not posted anywhere, you can’t pay by the hour, need internet to pay (to either download app or pay via posted QR code). No internet in garage - I stepped up to garage opening to get internet service, downloaded ACE app, created account, saw how much $$ it was to park here, decided to move my car to cheaper lot. During 5 mins it took to walk to garage opening and download app I got a parking ticket. The attendant was right by my car when I walked back, and when I explained the situation he said he could not remove the ticket - the only way to remove the ticket was to pay the parking fee and show him my payment code. It was early morning and only about 5 cars were in the garage so he had to know I was being honest. PRICES SH

Really picturesque walk along the coast - even if a bit muddy when I was there from rainfall. If you find yourself wondering « but where are all the seals », just keep walking and you will find them! ALL. THE. SEALS.

$40 flat rate. You can only buy it as a 13 hour ticket. Price is not posted anywhere, the pay site is kind of annoying. The parking and payment instructions are unclear so people stop at the entrance and block everything off while they try to pay as they drive in instead of parking and then walking up to pay or paying on the way out. Oh and half the parking spots suck. Whoever owns this might as well be a scammer.
