We used Lance and his team for a bedroom addition and some other home renovations. First off, the quality of the work is impeccable. It truly looks like the bedroom we added on was always part of the house. Second, the communication with the entire construction company- from start to finish- was outstanding. They were always helpful- no question too big or too small; and got back to me quickly. I would highly recommend them for any construction needs.

This company along with Monolith remodeled my dental office this year. I am extremely pleased with how my remodel turned out, all of my patients have been complementing us on how great the office looks now with many saying that they can’t even believe it is the same building. We had Coastal Building Construction, Lance, Rhett & Tyler, build an extension of approximately 12 ft X 30 ft to the front of our house. We could not be happier with the quality of work and all that they did! Their professionalism was always apparent from the first meeting to the constant communication either in person or by text and email. They always showed up when they said they would and helped with design suggestions that made our screened-in porch everything we could have dreamed it would be.
