The Appliance Solution

We purchased all our appliances from the Appliance Solution when we refurbished our condo in Mexico Beach. When it was time to relocate to new home construction in Panama City Beach there was no question that we wanted to buy from them again. I love my Cafe range, dishwasher and microwave, and the LG stacked washer and dryer is a great benefit to my laundry routine. But most importantly is the extraordinary customer service I've gotten from the point of purchase, to installation. Can't recommend the whole crew highly enough.

We truly appreciate their outstanding service, from product selection, delivery, installation and follow-up. Everyone involved were professional in every way. The delivery team were wonderful! We also want to give a "shout out" to Kristen Kent for her patience with us as we made our selections and arranged for delivery and installation on St. George Island, FL. You were great!!! Our experience with The Appliance Store was wonderful from the moment we walked into the store and started working with the sales rep, Polly. She helped us configure an appliance package for our condo and even sent her team out to do measurements to ensure the appliances would work for our kitchen layout. The delivery and setup team supervised by Jessie were wonderful,. Existing appliances were carefully removed and they assisted my husband in figuring out how to transport our old fridge to our primary residence. They helped him move it to our truck. The new appliances were installed and setup by guys who had definitely had experience with setup of appliances. Thank you to the team at The Appliance Solution! I recently ordered new appliances as part of my kitchen renovation. Sabrina helped me select the right products for my needs at a cost comparable to big box stores. The Cafe brand appliances are perfect. I chose stainless steel to match the hickory cabinets and dark green quartzite countertops. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and dual fuel 6-burner stove which fit into 30 inches. The delivery was scheduled quickly once the contractor was ready. Jessie, Bubba, Zaine & Austin were quick and thorough while minimizing the disturbance. Great guys!
