We had a spectacular experience with this Company. We needed the whole shebang replaced. We were nervous of the cost. CCAC took extremely good care of us. A job that we were told was going to take a while an be extensive was completely finished and inspected in a quarter of the estimated time. The workers were very professional, pleasant,and clean. My husband was impressed that he couldn't find not one screw or peice of trash,not even dust left behind lol. 10 out of 10! They are the absolute only Company we will ever use again. Beyond happy and relieved, that's our experience. Oh and the price was less than expected,can't forget that part.

Mike is very down to Earth and you feel like you’re chatting with a friend that is truly empathetic to your situation. Even with one employee out sick they responded to my AC not working in a reasonable time. The service charge was also very reasonable and much less than I expected. Tyler came out to do the repairs and was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They had my unit running again in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again if any future issues arise.

Well I had an amazing experience yesterday with this Company and they deserve feedback about my positive experience. They are on the ball with getting you the service you need. I had no heat and called to see if they would fix my Heating Unit. I talked with Mike Parker and he had someone to come out when I was available, checked my unit and had to find my part and had my unit fixed in the rain the next day. Yes they have to work in all conditions and they were very polite and helpful and I had no problem with their price. After all the ac/Heating unit is something you need almost every day so if you need good service and trustworthy customer service I would recommend Coastal Carolina Air Conditioner to anyone. WOW! These guys were $2000 less for the same equipment and installation as compared to others that routinely service Emerald Island. I guess the others are charging "island" prices. They were very efficient and good communicators. I'm not sure if they want to do routine maintenance on Emerald Isle as they are in New Bern, but good for a new system and 1 year of labor warranty. They were highly recommended by a neighbor as well as my realtors that work the Crystal Coast. I highly recommend them.

I am extremely thankful for this company. I spoke with the owner, and he gave us options when it came to fixing our HVAC system, in which other local companies gave me and my husband one option and one option ONLY! And with that one option, came ONE price. CCAC came on time, they did a great job, and they were VERY professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
