What a professional and thorough group! Clean up was fabulously performed! The 1980's called and wanted their sliding door back, so with the expertise and knowledge from Coastal Contracting, I have a beautiful new, patio door with blinds sandwiched between the window glass! Also. My upstairs laundry area received a door upgrade too!

Kwan and her team did an excellent job remodeling our 25 year old kitchen. They walked us through every step of the process and never hesitated to answer any questions we had. They took the time to make sure that we were happy with our choices and that the end result was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Coastal Contracting!

We just completed a first floor renovation with Coastal Contracting and couldn’t be happier with the result. Coastal helped us knock down a couple of walls (including a load bearing wall) and gave us the kitchen of our dreams. We had an amazing team and an extremely dedicated project manager who made sure that every question was answered and every situation was addressed. Our cabinet and countertop designers were amazing and so incredibly helpful. This was not our first project with Kwan and Coastal (they also replaced our roof and nearly every window in our house) and it won’t be the last. We highly recommend Coastal and look forward to a bathroom renovation with them in the near future.

I submitted a Zillow application and was initially approved for a rental. The next day that approval was later reversed. After the approval, Carson Crawford requested additional documents including identification, paystubs, and my Social Security card. Despite providing this information, the decision was reversed based on information that had already been disclosed in my application. My interaction was with Carson Crawford using a Coastal Contracting email domain. When I requested clarification on the criteria used and how the approval was issued prior to full screening, but did not receive a clear response.
