We hired Coastal Contracting Group to flip our former rental house for resale. It was a long distance process on our end. The owner, John made sure the process was very smooth. He made some design decisions when I couldn't drive over to the property, and everything is so beautiful. His craftmanship is unmatched, and he is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I give Coastal my highest recommendation for any contracting needs you have. You won't be disappointed!

Coastal was the perfect local company to come out and replace our sliding glass door. We had many issues with this door in recent years from leaking air to not closing all the way. They came out and gave us a quote the next day we called and installed right after the weekend early Monday morning. They were efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was back they way it was. I highly recommend Coastal Contracting and I will be looking at them in the future to do other home projects!

Coastal is a top notch contractor! When a huge tree fell on our house they responded quickly and had a plan in place to tarp the house as soon as the tree was removed before the next storm rolled through. They worked with us and our horrible insurance adjuster and were more than fair with the price for the repairs. The work was done in one day and looks great! John jumped through the many hoops that the insurance adjuster placed in front of him just to get paid for the work he and his team completed. It took months. I recommend Coastal for any work you need done—emergency or otherwise. This is a company with integrity and they do great work. We will be hiring Coastal for future home renovations.

Initially I was really happy with the work and how responsive the company was, then there was a delay with products coming in and I rarely heard from the owner; over a year after initially signing the contract work was completed. I thought everything was great and he even fixed up some work that had “shifted” from the year before, but I realized when they did my flooring on my stairs they didn’t hammer in the nail’s underneath all the way so now I have holes on my stairs and it’s been months with no response. Seems minuscule, but when you pay a company 30K, I would like the work completed appropriately. I had even asked for extra flooring in case I decided to redo my kitchen in the new flooring and was left with nothing extra at the end of the project; I don’t know if the flooring guys us

Coastal never ceases to amaze us and we are always admiring their work. We are proud to list our home as another "knocked it out of the park" project. Jonathan, Sarah and their business partners were timely, professional, and 100% there to serve the customer. When I say "I am a perfectionist", it's no joke. When I arrived home from work, the business partners had the look of fear on their faces. You can say they had been fair warned!! :) I have high expectations, what can I say?
