A section of our wooden fence in our backyard blew down in March. We Coastal to replace the damaged part and gate. When the fence company's owner came out to have us look over the finished work before we made the final payment, they were already repairing the gate. The screws around the gate had pulled out of the lumber! NOT a good sign. The gate closed properly for at least a couple of weeks. Then I noticed you had to manually pull a gap wider to operate it. It had shifted or something. That was in May. I emailed them photos and a video to their two posted emails. No response. My wife phoned 7/30 after I told her I cannot easily fix it and our son-in-law looked at it, too. I didn't want more time to pass since there was no easy fix. We paid for a working gate. Done the job in 2 days for a 200 linear ft project with 2 gates, the price is reasonable. Tyson gives professional advice which saves you money and future trouble. Will use them again if I want to invest irrigation system.

I had this company install an irrigation system at my home. I'm very happy with the result. They were timely; used quality materials; labor was knowledgeable, polite, and kept busy. The owner of the company stayed involved with the work and performed the final check out and adjustments himself. Price was favorable. System design provided the results I wanted. What's more to ask?

I requested help with my sprinklers, and they were responsive for help. There were some issues with their work, and I asked for additional work, which I would pay for, and a site visit. The appointed date of the visit did not occur and there was a no show. Since that time, I have made numerous calls with no response. Their workers worked hard but the work needed some corrections which I have not been able to receive. The vendor finally contacted me and the service was provided in a professional manner with all issues corrected. I beleve the office could do a better job of communicating to calls of customers but the quality of work is worth the frustration.
