Robert is constantly staying updated on the new items and new processes. They have offered several training courses on new products and warranty information. Alex has always known exactly what I was asking about and ready to make good suggestions and pointers. They have a great supply in stock of various waterproofing medias and decorative up to date accessories for the fast changing market of tile trends. I highly recommend these guys for your tile and flooring supplies, or even just to call for advice.
