If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Coastal Floors and the owner, Paul, was a masterclass in broken promises and sloppy workmanship. From a distance, the kitchen looked passable—but up close it was a disaster. We were left with cabinet glue splatter, smeared caulk, visibly damaged and broken cabinets, and countertops that were not level. When these issues were pointed out, Paul attempted to pass off substandard, careless work as “acceptable.” It absolutely was not. The professionalism was just as bad as the craftsmanship. Paul showed a complete lack of respect for our time, missing multiple scheduled appointments without notice. He repeatedly promised to re-order damaged cabinets, then claimed the measurements were lost, or that the cabinets were ordered and mysterio

We spent two years researching and pricing options for our kitchen remodel. We confidently decided to go with Coastal Floors because they were the only option that offered expertise, cost options, design recommendations, and have close ties to the South Forsyth community where we live. During the remodel we had many different people come into our home and every one of them were respectful, helpful, and an expert in their field. There were many times I had to leave the house, and each time I was confident my home was safe and would be treated as if it was their own. Horrible experience from start to finish. Coastal floors only handles the sales side of countertops. I would recommend skipping coastal floors and working directly with their installers at Renew Surfaces LLC. Matt was very slow to come up with a solution after his company damaged my 19k backsplash. It took over 6 weeks to get my countertops and back splash installed. If you value time I would not recommend working with Matt and Coastal Floors.

I selected Coastal Floors to redo my hardwood floors because of a referral from my realtor. Paul and his team really came through to help us to select a beautiful flooring choice. My existing hardwood floors had to be removed, as well as the new floors laid down. This was literally the most painless experience that I have had working with a service provider for my home. In a matter of 3 days, flooring was ordered, the old floors removed and the new floors installed perfectly. I will definitely call Paul for any flooring needs in the future!

Gianna and Paul provided excellent customer service and a quality product. They immediately identified my vision and made it come to life. They gave great suggestions and I couldn’t be more thrilled!
