Coastal Insulation

I recently reached out to Coastal for a price to remove and replace insullation in a crawlspace. The sales team responded immediately and scheduled a visit for 2 days later. The price was very competitive and the team at Coastal scheduled the work for the following week. The crew performed the work very efficiently, clean, and left the job site much better than they found it! Ive used Coastal in the past and will definitely use them moving forward.

Great experience working with coastal. Tom came out same day i called to give me an estimate. Once contract was signed the guys came out 2 days later and did the job. Everything was done perfectly and professionally.

Sketchy contractor. Solicits my job, gives me a quote, tries to sell me on things I know are not needed, gives me a contract with the smallest fine print I ever see, so when I question the company about it. They tell me they can’t do the job. Wasted and pushed my job back 3 days.. yesterday the sales guy said he would meet me at 3pm. Sat there all day waiting. Just received the email this morning telling me they don’t want the job. Maybe the fine print question had them nervous. Being in the building trades I’ll let the works know about their practices

Coastal cut two waterline in the house while installing the insulation. They also cut an audio line. They driver ran into the telephone pole in front of the house. They also won't take an ounce of garbage. We failed the inspection. While we were nicely resolving the bill with no issues, they decided to put a lien on the house as they couldn't wait to resolve it. The billing person was nice but the owner won't take responsibility. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor.

This company was everything you would expect from a professional company.We had the pleasure of working with a service technician named Tom Borland who made the whole process smooth from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them and I would highly recommend requesting Tom Borland for your work.
