Working with them was terrible! It started out great. The people I talked to were so nice. By the time we got to the actual move that was gone. The man who did our final quote did noy even seem to be listening as I went through our house piece by piece to make sure he got everything. Turns out he didnt when they came to get our stuff the new company, cause its a whole other company they send you too, told me that I had double my original estimate. DOUBLE! So we paid them a ton more money and then I was charged 3 times what I quoted for storage. When we finally were ready to get our stuff they told us 5 to 8 days for delivery. It was 12 days by the time we got it. No one communicated about the delay I had to call each time. This was the most stressful experience of my life! No customer ser

Wonderful. Very professional and thorough. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment, and they were certainly troopers. Above and beyond. A very enjoyable experience . I highly recommend. If there was a 10 rating I would give them one.
