I would give Pro Appliance Solution 10 stars if I could! That’s how happy I am with the service the technician and the company provided. He came to repair my Whirlpool stove and exchanged the control board quickly and professionally. The price was reasonable, and there were no hidden fees everything was explained clearly with a detailed estimate and all the services included. Fast, honest, and amazing service. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend them!

Pro Appliance came out to diagnose and provide a quote for our refrigerator that wasn’t working properly. The service technician that came out damaged our wood floors. We contacted this husband and wife team the next day, and the technician’s wife refused to take responsibility and continued to blame by husband and then me. My husband even invited her out to come take a look, but she said, “ I’m not a floor expert.” My husband tried calling the wife several times following the initial call, left messages, and sent a quote for the cost of repairing the damage but never received a return call. Two weeks have now gone by and still no response. I called from a different number and was able to speak to her. She continued to not accept responsibility and blamed us for the damage. He quickly identified that the water filter had broken, replaced it, and restored the water quality. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
