Day of service the crew arrived promptly and efficiently began power-washing. They were professional and cared about the quality of their work. It is always a pleasure dealing with Coastal Restorations. They come when they say they will come, do what they say they will do (always quality work) and charge what they say they will charge. They have taken care of my gutter cleaning and power washing needs now for the last few years. The staff from front (Kristine) to end (Chandler) is top notch.

I had hired this company in the past. This year, I contacted them to power wash my home. I was trying to decide between power washing my house and/or adding on the patio area. I guess I didn’t decide quick enough. They became extremely pushy in pressuring me into making a decision. They tried to contact me one day when I was at work. I did not answer immediately as I was busy. Christine and Jay started a text message with me in it. They talked about how I am a difficult customer and they don’t want my business. Not sure if they meant for me to be in the text. It was so rude! All power washing is pretty much the same. I would strongly recommend not using this company and going to a company that treats their customers with respect.
