Coastal Termite and Pest Control

Beware theft!! We were having Costal come and do monthly treatments for awhile. The technician would come, do their thing, and go - we never thought much about it. Recently we went on vacation and decided to put a camera outside since we would be gone for awhile. The technician came when we were gone and on camera we could clearly see that he stole plants and pots from our back patio after looking into our windows. We called the company and the police to report it. While we were gone the technician came and returned what he took. The company never contacted us or responded to our messages about the incident. We think there are still things missing. I would avoid this company.

We recently had termite droppings outside our garage. Matthew S. from Coastal Termite and Pest Control came to inspect the problem. He was very professional, personable, thorough, knowledgeable, and he recommended the best solution. He took the time to explain the treatment process, and it was done that same afternoon.
