We switched to Coastline Aquatics 3 years ago. Wow. What a breath of fresh air! As soon as the contract was signed, they were on site looking over our pump system and making sure everything was ready to go for the season.They actually hold regular trainings throughout the summer for the lifeguards. They set a high expectation for their employees, and they truly are teaching lifeguards (which are mainly teenagers) responsibility and accountability. We had a parent who had a teen working for Coastline and working for our old company, and she stated the difference in the companies were night and day, and stated how impressed she was with Coastline management.
