Coastline Cooling & Heating

We’ve been a customer of Coastline for years and they are amazing. They’ve taken care of our maintenance every year, and this year they replaced our 2 condenser units. They charged a very reasonable price and the work was excellent. Most importantly, in an emergency they’ve always been extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Coastline for the past 10 years. They are always very responsive and helpful. They’ve only had to come out once since they expertly installed a new heating system about 10 years ago and the repair was due to an ice blockage on the exterior home wall discharge line which wasn’t even their fault. And they didn’t charge me to relocate it! That’s a testament to their customer service and values. System has otherwise run flawlessly since then. Today, I called when they were closed since my AC compressor wasn’t kicking on and the owner called back within 2 hours. This unit was not even installed by them. My air-conditioner, that i waited way too long to replace finally stopped working. On a Saturday, Coastline, who came highly recommended, assessed the situation and promised an estimate with two options that fit my budget the next day. As promised, the two estimates arrived and i was able to discuss my options ON A SUNDAY. They said they could replace my 17 year old system just 2 days later to allow for product to be in stock. To provide the least disruption to my stay, I asked for a time frame for the installation and was told between 8:00a and 8:30a. I was prepared to wait around all day on Tuesday as HVAC service are in high demand in Wildwood during the summer months. Had Coastline come out twice. Once during the summer when my central air went out during a heat wave, and once when my heat went out during a cold snap. Had everything up and running perfectly within hours of my call. They explained everything done to repair the systems, and were fair, honest and efficient. Can't ask for more than that! Would call them again without question.

Rude, unhelpful customer service representative/phone person, receptionist/dispatch-emergency person/ whatever! Worker OK--nobody none too friendly. Seems to be the personality of the place. Good work, not collegial people. That above post was the week before fourth of July weekend. It is almost 3 weeks and still no AC during the HEAT of the summer at the Jersey shore. The inside temp of my house last weekend was 94. Said when they came back on June 30 that they needed another part--after waiting a week for the first part. It is now 7/7 and still no part, no call, no AC. They are not concerned at all. I have a disabled grandson who cannot visit because he needs AC. Oh well. Can I rate a company with no stars? If so, that honor goest to Coasline!. After 3 weeks and no service--B
