Coastline Roofing patched a leak for me three years ago and I was impressed with how they handled it. When it was time for a bigger job, I knew exactly who to call. They used what they called architectural shingles which have a thicker, more dimensional look than my old three-tabs. The roof has so much more curb appeal now. The job site was so clean at the end that I had to look up at my roof to confirm they actually did something. Ground level looked exactly like before, maybe cleaner. Communication was excellent throughout. They called the day before to confirm, texted when they were on their way, and the foreman gave me updates during the job. Looking back, I wish I had done this sooner instead of stressing about it for so long. The process was nowhere near as painful as I expected.

Lightning struck a tree that fell on my garage roof. Coastline Roofing handled the emergency and then the full repair. During the estimate, they went on the roof and took photos to show me exactly what issues they found. No mystery, no "trust me it's bad up there." I could see for myself. The flashing work around the skylights was particularly impressive. That's a tricky area and they nailed it. From my first call to completed project was about two weeks, which included time for the estimate, ordering materials, and scheduling. Faster than I expected. What impressed me was that the crew wore proper safety gear the whole time. Harnesses when they were on steep sections, hard hats, the works. Shows they care about doing things right. They delivered on every promise. Simple as that.

My daughter has sensory issues so I was worried about the noise and disruption. Coastline Roofing gave us a heads up on the loud parts so we could plan accordingly. The inspector came the next day and passed everything first try. That's a sign of work done right the first time. the crew noticed my Ring camera and actually pointed at it and waved when they got there. Small thing but it made me chuckle and set a good tone. That's my two cents. Coastline Roofing made a believer out of me.
