I would give them 10 stars.....top notch customer service.....the nicest staff...we have bought 4 appliances at Cobb's and will not shop anywhere else. The Big Box stores can't compete with their sales and service. I bought a refrigerator around Noon and it was delivered and installed by 3 PM, same day. Try for that at Lowes....

My Maytag washer needed repairs. I called and spoke to Ronnie Cobb, he ask what the issue was. He said he would get Brian the repairman out next week, but Brian was able to come sooner. He repaired the machine in a very short time, checked to make sure it worked properly. Brian was very professional, but still had that down home personality about him. 5 STARS, excellent job, why go any where else.

Mr Ronnie was awesome woke up yesterday morning dryer was burnt up. Someone called him for me gave me an awesome deal on an used one. Definitely recommend them for used and new appliances

We moved to Benson on a Monday and immediately went to Cobb Appliance. They delivered our washing machine and dryer the very next day! Everyone we dealt with was very kind, helpful, and respectful. I highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them. Thank you!

I get why they have 4.7 stars. Their customer service is awesome! I called to see if I could get a technician out for my fridge unfortunately they were unable to work on my product due to being an LG. He was straightforward and gave me great advice on where to go from here. When it comes time to purchase something new I will definitely be using them. Highly recommend Cob Appliance!
