I absolutely recommend using Seabound Septic! I called in the afternoon looking for someone to pump my septic tank. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. She was able to schedule me for the next morning. The gentlemen that came to do the work were friendly and professional. They explained everything they did and what to do if I had anymore issues. I was very pleased with the entire process and so grateful they were willing and able to help so quickly. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. If you have any septic issues definitely give them a call! They are the best!

I had an emergency septic situation late in the afternoon on a Saturday. While I realized that I likely wouldn’t be able to find a company to come out until Monday, I decided to call a several local companies anyway just to see if anyone was available. Sure enough, lots of voicemail messages stating business hours, and I was clearly outside of them. However, when I called Seabound, I was greeted by an incredibly nice representative, Susan, who reassured me everything was going to be OK and that they’d come out first thing the next morning. She gave me great advice on how to mitigate the issue until they could arrive. Even though I called at 5:00 on a Saturday, they were in my driveway around 8:00 the next morning. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Let me tell you first impression is a very important piece of running a great business & Mrs. Susan was wonderful. I called & she answered my questions concerning what services I needed but she also engaged in a few laughs & just conversation about life. She was so sweet & kind & I really enjoyed setting my appointment with her. Today is Saturday & I just finished my scheduled appointment. The 2 guys that came out were wonderful as well!!!! Very friendly & they shared some knowledgeable information with us. I was very satisfied with the completed job. I’ve enjoyed my experience & I’ll come back for future appointments. Best people ever! I called on Friday around lunch time praying someone could help me out. My toilets were starting to bubble and they were calling for a severe ice storm over the weekend. Susan was so nice and said I’m pretty sure we can help you out. Within an hour Tim and Jake pulled up got my tank cleaned out and educated me on some maintenance tips. Can’t say enough great things! Very transparent with the pricing and honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. 100% recommend!
