Cobra Roofing does amazing work!! I was so impressed on how well my roof looked when it was done ! I was unfortunately left in a situation where my insurance denied my claim so I was forced to pay out of pocket. Dallas came out to my house to give me an estimate. We had a great experience with our roof replacement from estimate through completion. All of the Cobra Roofing staff was professional and friendly to work with during the entire process. Tom was incredible knowledgeable, took the time to educate us on roofing, explained everything in detail and was not annoyed to answer all of our questions. The crew was great also, I appreciate them taking extra precautions around my flowers, and they cleaned up so well that you would never know they were even here. Cobra Roofing replaced my old roof after a hail storm and they did a great and perfect job installing the new one. Tom was very easy to contact as often as I needed helping me to deal with my insurance company and answering all my questions in a friendly and fast manner . The crew that installed my new roof was very professional and worked so fast finishing the job in a perfect manner and cleaning my property. We have a sign on our door asking not to ring the bell or knock and if they have something to leave, leave it at the door. The gentleman looked at the sign (we know this because of cameras as shown in the attached photo), left a business card on the door and then rang the doorbell and knocked on the door. We brought up our sign and asked if he read the sign he replied "I can't read" extremely unprofessional response from a company that chases storms. The hailstorm that came through our area was over 3 weeks ago. If I had any roof issues, I wouldn't wait 3 weeks to get it done. I wouldn't recommend this company just on the basis of sheer unprofessionalism from their salesman.
