Guys were a pleasure to work with, but did not complete their work, left our fence and yard a mess, cut the concrete to short into the old sidewalk and promised to fix it and have not been back to finish the job, after being paid a hefty price, this after originally quoting the job cheaper. Then charging us more on the day of work to leave a mess and not finish what was promised. And long and behold , we haven’t heard from any of them since! I will refer no one to this company!

I wish all contractors were this professional. We have nothing but good things to say about James and his staff and have already recommended them two times. They take pride in their work and ultimately that the customer is 100% satisfied. If you’re in the market for concrete work, Coburn’s Concrete is top notch. Legit business.

They have not started their work on the gutters in Huber heights yet, but their unprofessionalism has already started. They should realize that MANY people enter and exit their home from inside the garage and never really use (or even look) their front entrances. The best they could do is stick a piece of paper on my doorbell telling me when they were supposed to start their project and that I would not be able to use my driveway for 10 days after they pour the new gutters...this is a crock of crap. They should be required to place a metal plate at each driveway (to cover at least half the entrance to the driveway) until such time the concrete cures. I have no intention of parking my $80,000 truck on the street for 10 days so they can perform their work. I can see why they were the low b

The gutter work being done in huber is completely a mess! I was never notified of this, there were no signs letting me know my entire road would be blocked by 2 trucks parked in the middle of it for 2 days but here we are. I was luckily able to get out of my driveway but havent been able to get back in since. When trying to drive back down my road to my drive way the workers sat and starred at me like I am doing something wrong. Yesterday I nearly had the back hoe driver nearly back into me if I wouldn't have honked. No professionalism.

We had a old deck for a porch and walkway we wanted to upgrade. We reached out to James because he was recommended to us from a friend. He came very quickly and gave us a price that was perfect for our project. His crew was on time and respectful and professional all through the process. The work they did for us was nothing short of perfection. You will not be disappointed with using them for any of your concrete projects. Amazing local business and super knowledgeable as well.
