Experience: Terrible. This place has no clue what customer service means, especially "After the Sale" . The sales lady there, could not care less about your problems if you have a warranty issue. While it might be just as frustrating, shop at Home Depot or Lowes, at least you know what you are getting when you do that. If I could post with ZERO stars, that is what they would deserve.
Really helpful sales staff here.
Waited over a month for my parts, no calls and no discount for the delay after delay!
