Plumbing supply for plumbers and public sales on parts and plumbing material. Good selection and mostly in stock but large orders may need a lead time. Good service at sales counter.

Need to train new customer service associates before you put them in front of your customers. Went in for a couple of fittings and a some pipe. Should of taken five to ten minutes. New associate behind the counter was friendly but had no idea what he was doing. Could not locate product, could not generate my invoice accurately, tried to overcharge me, and after processing my payment could not locate item purchased. Stood in the parking lot baking in the sun for twenty minutes waiting to only be told they did not have item and I had to go in to get a refund. I was at your location for close to 45 minutes. My company has used Coburn's for years but after this I will never spend a dime there. Respect your customers time!

Wow! Lindsay is fantastic! My husband and I are building a new home and we wanted to keep the business in Conroe so we visited Coburn's. From the first meeting we knew that Lindsay was the right person. She asked us about our budget and our style preferences and then got to work! Her knowledge of the products was awesome! She was also very patient with me as I changed our minds frequently! Once we decided the ordering was easy and fast! All our products came in within a 2-3 week period. Great customer service and got the parts I needed in 2 days, still cheaper and easier to work with than other plumbing stores. Friendly warehouse staff loaded it up for me, all I had to do was show up with my ticket and they did the leg work. The showroom had a huge selection of products as well
