I cannot recommend this builder based on my experience. I hired Calico Builders Ltd. for a new-construction home and ultimately had to terminate the contract before completion due to ongoing workmanship and coordination issues. Throughout the project, I encountered multiple problems that required correction after the fact, including items that were installed incorrectly or not addressed as discussed. Several aspects of the build were left for me to resolve personally in order to keep the project moving forward. Communication became difficult once issues were raised, and accountability for incomplete or incorrect work was a recurring concern.
