I recently bought a house and the Coccomo Brothers did the renovation. Both Tommy and Michael were extremely professional and were upfront with all of the costs. I could not believe how quickly they were at the house to provide a quote and get started on the job. They worked quickly and the quality was amazing. We recently built our newly constructed home by Coccomo Brothers at Farmington, Connecticut. All our friends and family loved the house and the quality of work done by Coccomo brothers in the house. The Coccomo brothers were very supportive, and accommodative to our innumerable requests to customize the house as per our wish. They were very patient with us, when sometimes we wanted to make certain structural changes when we don't like them, after the work was already done. I sincerely wish they build many more beautiful houses in Connecticut, and get recognition for their beautiful work. The Coccomo Brothers built our house and we love it! They found the exact open floor plan we were looking for and provided many custom features to make our house one of a kind. Their developments definitely aren’t cookie-cutter houses. We had a little issue with water coming in from the bulkhead well after our warranty expired, but Mike made sure the problem was fixed regardless. Good guys.
