We had several plumbing issues that develop over the past 6 months to a year, and all the postponing and trying to get a friend of a friend or somebody to help out (trying to save some money), was to no avail. We finally started talking seriously about having a real plumber come out. That next day, I saw their company van driving down 129 and got the phone number. When I initially called them, Mrs. Nancy informed me they they were too busy with emergencies until a day later, which is okay because none of our family's needs were an emergency. Praise God! On the day of our appointment, our plumber Kevin arrived on time. He actually called ahead, and had brought the multiple items that might have been needed for these repairs, so he was well stocked. We've used this company multiple times, I won't use anyone else. Kevin is very knowledgeable and patient. He doesn't just jump right to the most expensive resolution. He actually fixes the issue at hand. I'd recommend him to anyone, in fact we have and others have been just as pleased. Thank you so much for once again getting us squared away in such a pinch.

Kevin came out first thing Monday morning and had our water leak under our foundation fixed in no time. Reasonable priced too. We have used this company a few times and will never call anyone else. Highly recommend!!

READ THIS FOR REAL REVIEW !! I have been working with Cochran plumbing for years .On 2 fronts 1 as a project manager for a large custom home builder and 2 and a local contractor. This guy knocks it out the park every time. On top of that he is plumbing my personal home that is being built. As a builder I am extremely particular . We are in n the rough in stage ( open walls where the pipes can be seen before drywall is installed ) the work is artwork and I and very hard to please . Employees are quite considerate, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. My 109 yr old house has plumbing of many different materials & they can be challenging.
