We’ve had three of Coconut Point Cooling’s technicians out to service and repair our HVAC system in the last year, and all three have been outstanding. In the 14 years we’ve lived in Southwest Florida, this is the first of five different companies that hasn’t tried to upsell us. Their technicians are excellent communicators, and we now have a clear understanding of how our system is operating instead of worrying that every visit will lead to another $1,000+ repair. This company was so quick to respond to our needs. The service tech was prompt and even a little early, checking first if that was ok. If it hadn’t been, he would’ve returned at the appointed time. Who does that anymore? Jose was personable, thorough and communicated well. He fixed the issue and the payment system was easy to use since I was out of state. Great experience. I highly recommend this company.

If I need a new unit, does the fee get applied to the purchase? If I do need a new A/C, how soon can you install it? Neither company could give me clear answers. Then I called Coconut Point Cooling. They came right out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and handled our AC repairs with professionalism and honesty. The staff was courteous, the pricing was fair, and they left everything clean. Overall, it was a great experience and they absolutely earned our business. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a mini split put in our garage by them and they were super easy to work with. They were more than fair on the price and they were quick with their service too. Highly recommend! Jose is awesome!
