Cod Oil Delivery

Have never had an issue with them prior to this last delivery, unsure who is to blame. But the amount they supposedly delivered and the physical contents in my tank tell me everything I need to know. Was it COD or the individual they contracted to fill the tank? Who knows, but I cannot take the risk again. Like I said, every transaction prior has been flawless, this last one ruined it for me.

How horrible do you have to be to have a heap grant for over a week and live down the road from a customer that has ran out of heat and won't deliver for another 4 days. I'll be looking in to that! Very unprofessional, very unpleasant, very rude.

Excellent service! Best prices in this entire area. Never late. Never spills oil on my property. Have even made emergency runs for me when I forgot to check fuel and order on time. Allows me to pay on payday even if it's several days later than delivery date. I think they're wonderful, and I think the one negative reviewer speaks for herself with her bigoted comments about country folks. Shame on her!

I have been with this company for about 13 years now - never once did I have an issue or problem with them. They have been wonderful, worked with me, been courteous and respectful. Regarding Wendy, the single mother, I'm a single mom, too, and I do feel that perhaps if she had spoken to the woman at the other end of the phone and discussed her issue, they would have been obliging. Perhaps she did do this and received no satisfaction - I am not sure. But I, personally, have never had a problem. Regarding the other complaint about the company not being able to come when they say - that has happened to me several times because they triage their calls. They have enough oil to deliver on route - but some people have emergencies and no oil at all, and rather than them freezing in the middle of t

I’ve been a COD customer for a few years and have no complaints. When i call for a delivery, they ask how many gallons of fuel i would like to order and calculate the dollar amount. There are never any surprises in what my cost will be. The delivery always arrives on the day scheduled and the driver has been courteous. I’m having a difficult time understanding the poor reviews that were submitted. I’ve never experienced any issues with this company and the prices are always great. No oil spills and have never witnessed the driver using my property as a toilet.
