They have a guy working in there that is a grumpy rude S.O.B. I actually work for a company that had an account there and we have just agreed to stop using them. We will keep the account open for emergency purposes but we are no longer using winnelson.
I frequent this supply house often. The guys that work there are always fast friendly and helpful when I'm needing materials. Always going above and beyond.
