Great customer service and their staff are well informed and knowledgeable about the use and maintenance of the products. They provide new machines, repairs, and customization for machines from colors to metal and wood finishes and operational modifications. Matthew did an amazing job helping to inform and guide us through the process from machine selection to final sale. They offer 1 year warranty repairs on products and provide repairs on site.

Dardend was extremely helpful. He made this experience absolutely wonderful. You are lucky to have him. What a fantastic teacher. He was so helpful in setting up my GS3 and walking me through the process. Very grateful he was sent to my house to help set up my machine.

I recently went to purchase some coffee and a grinder. First of all the service was great everyone was nice looked happy to be there and very helpful no matter what level of knowledge you have to the coffee industry. Aharon Lara helped me out choosing a great grinder for my needs not trying to sell me on the most expose I’ve or anything just on the best fit for me and a great grinder. Everyone else was very welcoming and helpful Alfred thought me how to use the grinder and was an amazing teacher and knows his stuff about coffee inside out. Overall 10/10 experience great service products and quality coffee.

What a great experience! From the front desk to the tech team, everyone was absolutely professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I called on Friday to explain the issue we were having with our Electra machine and mentioned that I planned to drive all the way from Vegas so they could diagnose and repair it.
