My Original Estimate was for 2.5 hrs. Which I get, if they go over hours, I will pay extra, which I was prepared for the extra hours. However, I did not know upfront that they will wrap the items (extea fees) and the material costs plus labor. I was also told the dissembly of the bed frame and assembly will be included. Also the estimate was way off. So instead of paying about 650$ish, it went up doubled to 1200$ish. I think I wish I knew ahead of time and it was discussed to keep me closer to my budget. I used Coffey Bros. Moving to move from my apartment to storage and later to a new apartment. The total cost for the move was around $4,500–$5,000, including insurance/protection coverage. During the move, two of my TVs (a 65” Insignia and a 43” LG) were damaged, and some plates were also broken. I filed a claim with their claims department regarding the damage. The company initially offered $150 for both TVs, stating that they were more than three years old. After declining that offer, the final settlement I received was $200 total for both TVs. Communication during the claims process became difficult. I would absolutely recommend Sam and Freddie for anything moving related. I had them come in to unload two pods for me. This isn’t your typical moving crew at all. These guys are professional and very good at what they do! Efficient and courteous. I was really worried about the safe but these guys didn’t hesitate and it was no problem!
