My water heater needed to be replaced, and Paul’s crew came out and replaced it. They did an excellent job. I will continue to use their services in the future.

My furnace was blowing cold air. It's in the 20's outside and inside the house it was 60. I called Paul's and placed a service call at 7:30am. Nick came to the house at 11:00am. He checked out the furnace and said it could be fixed; however, since it was 25 years old, he recommended a replacement. He listened to what I had to say and recommended a product which was reasonably priced and suited my needs. He didn't push for more than I needed. I told him my central air was the same age. He gave me options and I decided on a replacement. We agreed on a price. He said he hoped the furnace would be installed later that same day. No guarantees. Made a late night call to Paul’s Heating and Cooling and was delighted to get a quick response. A tech came out early the next morning. Pete diagnosed the issue within minutes and had the necessary part on his truck. My unit is nearly 30yrs old and probably needs to be replaced but he didn’t try selling me anything. Instead, he said, “let’s see if we can get a few more years out of this one” and fixed it up for me! I appreciated his knowledge, skills, and honesty, and for those reasons, I’ll be back when it’s time to replace it.

Do not buy your furnace here. Totally ripped me off. They take advantage of you because it’s 5° out and they know you need your furnace fixed in one day. Who pays $12,000 for a new furnace? A dummy like me that didn’t do the research. This company sucks, do not use them!

We have used pauls hearing and cooling since buying our home 25 years ago. They are always timely, professional and prompt. They have become more like friends and family to me, they remember my mom who passed and talk about her when they do service. Oh, did i mention that the work is top notch as well?
