Wonderful experience with Tim Cognetti! We accidentally left our garage door open overnight and with the freezing temperatures, our water supply pipes froze over. Tim was able to troubleshoot the problem and direct us right away over the phone to get the pipes thawed. He didn’t charge us and I so appreciate his willingness to share his wisdom. Many other places would’ve come out and charged a diagnostic fee and much more for this service!! Honest, knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly recommend

After being quoted a ridiculous price from Miller's plumbing (0ver $3100) to replace a water heater I called Cognetti's and they came out the same day and did it for $1350 which I thought was pretty fair for what other companies quoted. They were very nice, knowledgeable and professional.

My wife misplaced a diamond ring and we thought we may have dropped it down the sink. I called Tim Cognetti in the morning and he was able to show up or his son showed up Vince at 2 o’clock to take the drain apart and make sure the diamond was not in it it was not in it but I had him replace the drain while he was at it. He responded immediately and only charged me $138. Tim also replaced my water heater earlier in the year and a faucet. He is fantastic very reasonable and responds quickly.

If you need a plumber in the Williamsburg area, I HIGHLY recommend Cognetti's Plumbing. He and his son are responsive, very nice and they do great work. His prices are very fair, he doesn't try to sell you extra things. I have used him twice and both experiences were very good.

Cognetti Plumbing is honest and hardworking and very responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
