Cogswell Stone Fabrication

We redid our kitchen a few years ago at the same time as some friends. We had ordered a 10.5 long piece of granite countertop which we were told was available. The workers delivered and installed this in two sections with a seam. We contacted the owner. I was prepared for some evasive maneuvering and excuses. To my delight, there was a prompt apology and they came out and removed the already installed pieces and replaced it with one continuous counter. I was frankly amazed at the integrity and responsiveness of this company. Our friends had ordered their countertops from LXXX’s and had a very bad seam, and it was never resolved. I was looking for a small piece of stone and these folks were so accommodating and follow up was super great. Customer service you don't find very often any more. If you need stone fabrication, this is where you want to go. Thanks Mary!
