For two weeks after our new hot water heater was installed, we struggled with inconsistent hot water and even had an instance where the breaker tripped after turning it off to reset it. On a whim, we called Todd, and he showed up that same day to assess the situation. By the next day, he had the necessary part and fit us in at the end of an already busy schedule. His prices are reasonable, his knowledge is unmatched, and most importantly, he is incredibly kind. You can tell he genuinely cares about the service he provides. We’ll absolutely be repeat customers for any future electrical needs!

We called up Todd at Double A several months ago and he helped us with emergency electrical box repair. He was very friendly, informative and efficient when he visited. He has been kind enough to answer general questions we've had and we wont hesitate to contact him for some electrical work for rennovations we plan in the near future.

Installed a ceiling fan and 4 dimmer switches. Prior to our scheduled appointment, Todd and I (via email/text) discussed my needs and what advance information/hardware was required. He even sent a picture of the dimmers I should get. Once everything was ready, he scheduled the appointment, called to confirm ETA and was punctual. The work was performed competently, quickly and priced reasonably. I can’t say enough good things about Todd and DoubleA. Will definitely call him for any future electrical services.
